It’s a serious ab training week for me right now. Ive been doing ab workouts all week to prepare myself! My birthday is just a few days away and a month ago I picked out a crop top and jeans to wear. I NEVER got into the crop top trend but, since its my last year in my 20’s I decided its time to try some new things!
Anytime I am trying to get my abs in check fast, I definitely cut out breads and scale back to a healthier diet meaning, I also cut out all of my beloved cookies, cakes, donuts etc..its a tough week you guys! Kim face, because this is how I really feel LOL!
I always add in lots of cardio to my daily workout. I don’t always do tons of cardio usually 20mins a day max so, I always see a big change in my abs and body toning when I add in 40-60 mins worth of cardio 5 times a week.
