In this day and age we are constantly seeing images of famous celebrities magically bouncing back from their pregnancies in just a few weeks *eye roll*. I know a lot of people including myself got hung up on the idea of the instant “snap back”! The truth is though getting back into pre baby shape is A LOT of work, and those celebrity photos you see all over your social media these days well either they worked really hard to shed it fast, they are entertainers after all OR they paid to have it removed (I’m just saying). Realistically, shedding those post pregnancy pounds is going to take some serious dedication and time. I wanted to give up several times. Here’s my story on how I lost my baby weight.
Back in 2012 I changed my entire lifestyle and became a gym rat. I worked out every single day sometimes 2 times a day and was on a 1400 calorie meal plan. I was so dedicated, I didn’t even think about donuts back then LOL.
This is me maybe a week or so before I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant! I had just built a home gym in my house and was excited!
